CFWives Terms of Service: Legal Agreement and Platform Guidelines

By accessing or using the CFWives website, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and CFWives Network ("we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

CFWives provides an online platform and community for adults to connect, communicate, and share experiences related to consensual adult relationships, including but not limited to cuckold dynamics. The Service may include:

• Private and public communication tools (chat, forums, messaging).
• Content sharing and user-generated submissions.
• Access to informational resources and community discussions.
• Premium features available via subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, files, information, or other materials you submit, post, or display on the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

1. Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
2. Posting content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, logos, trademarks, and design elements are owned by CFWives Network and its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to:

• Resell or commercially use the Service or its content.
• Collect or use any product listings, descriptions, or prices.
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with providing the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CFWives Network, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
3. Any content obtained from the Service.
4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the last six (6) months, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CFWives Network expressly disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, securely, or be available at any particular time or location.
• Any errors or defects will be corrected.
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from us or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in the United Kingdom. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
